Project Overview
36 Brighton Road is a vacant 700 sq. ft shop in Surbiton, acquired in January 2020 through a conditional exchange of contracts, subject to planning permission. The property was in disrepair with damp, mold, and outdated interiors. Our vision was to reduce the shop footprint, extend the rear, and create a high-spec two-bedroom, two-bathroom flat. Planning permission was secured in April 2020, and the transformation was completed within the year.
