As a detail-oriented professional, Romey meticulously reverse-engineers all his projects, accounting for various contingencies and unexpected scenarios through comprehensive financial modeling. In addition to his work in property development, Romey enjoys traveling, boxing, and cycling. His vision is to improve the quality of living standards for vulnerable individuals in society by integrating modern construction methodologies and cutting-edge technology.

Manni Chopra

In addition to being an accomplished Property Developer and real estate investor, Manni Chopra is also the author of two successful books: Cash Rich Time Rich and Property Investors: Property Money-Making Secrets. Manni’s journey to financial independence is a testament to her sheer determination, passion for property investment, and her unwavering “never give up” attitude. As a devoted mother of two teenagers, she finds great fulfillment in motherhood.

Manni holds a first-class honours degree in Bachelor of Science (BSc.) and spent over 10 years as an IT consultant. Her IT career has equipped her with the persistence, target-oriented mindset, and strategic vision necessary to excel in the business world. Her strengths include being an excellent team leader who thrives in goal-oriented environments, making her highly productive and efficient.

Within the Chopra Property Group (CPG), Manni’s role involves systemizing the business, producing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring compliance, and creating and reviewing the business vision and strategy. She also manages investor relations, business IT systems, deal sourcing, marketing, and deal appraisals. Manni works closely with agents, the power team, and the legal, design, finance, and planning teams. As a deal maker, she focuses on site appraisals, direct vendor outreach, and building long-term working relationships with investors.

Outside of work, Manni enjoys a variety of hobbies including music, dancing, traveling, walking, meditating, socializing, and embracing spirituality. She is also the host of the Titans Property Meet, a property networking and educational event that reflects her belief in the power of community. Manni’s vision is to educate 1 million people to achieve financial independence through property investing, empowering them to take control of their financial futures.

These documents collectively form our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), which we regularly review and update to maintain compliance and operational efficiency.

In our commitment to business continuity, both Romey and Manni are prepared to cover each other’s roles if one of us is temporarily unable to perform our duties due to health or personal reasons. To further safeguard our operations, we are currently exploring the implementation of a key-man insurance policy.
