WHO ARE WE?

Founded in August 2016 by husband and wife team Romey and Manni Chopra, Chopra Property Group is a leading property investment and development firm. With over 24 years of combined experience in property refurbishments, conversions, and development, we bring deep expertise to every project. This includes 12 years of experience post-incorporation and 12 years as buy-to-let landlords.

As of February 2023, our portfolio boasts a gross wealth of £19.31 million, encompassing our residential home, the Ravenstone Care Home, Mandelion Estates and our joint ventures including LX3 Investments Limited, Sawyers Crescent, Carrington Road, Stuart Lodge and RSVP Holdings Ltd.

Our commitment to excellence is reflected in our TrustedLand Real Developer status, which involves an annual review of our track record. This reputation earned us an exclusive invitation to consult with the Secretary of State for Housing, Robert Jenrick, on Planning Reform in 2021.

WHAT WE DO

Our primary focus at Chopra Property Group is to identify, analyze, and execute property refurbishment and development projects, leveraging a mix of our own and private investor funds. With a successful track record of over 30 projects completed across West London, Reading, Slough, Bracknell, Watford, High Wycombe, Henley, and surrounding areas, we are committed to delivering high-quality results.

In 2023, we are expanding our investment scope to include London and Greater London, targeting growth areas along the Crossrail route, M4, and A40/M40 corridors. Our strategy involves acquiring vacant commercial properties—such as bank buildings, offices, and retail spaces—and repurposing them into mixed-use and residential spaces. By utilizing existing permitted development rights, we enhance the value of our acquisitions. Additionally, we are pursuing direct-to-vendor land deals to secure planning permissions and uplift land values. Our exit strategy for 2023 is to retain these assets, focusing on long-term growth and value creation.

Romey Chopra

After graduating as a pharmacist, Romey embarked on his career in the pharmaceutical industry, initially focusing on sales and marketing before transitioning into management. His entrepreneurial journey began with an MBA from Nottingham University, setting the stage for his future ventures.

Manni Chopra

In addition to her success as a property developer and investor, Manni is also a published author, having written two acclaimed books: Cash Rich Time Rich and Property Investors' Money-Making Secrets.
