Founded in August 2016 by the husband and wife team Romey and Manni Chopra, Chopra Property Group is a leading property investment and development firm known for its integrity, expertise, and results. With over 24 years of combined experience in property refurbishments, conversions, and developments—including 12 years as incorporated developers and 12 years as experienced buy-to-let landlords—we bring seasoned insight and hands-on leadership to every project we undertake.

As of 2025, our portfolio has grown to exceed a Gross asset value, spanning a diverse range of high-performing assets. These include our residential home, the Ravenstone Care Home, Mandelion Estates, and a series of successful joint ventures such as LX3 Investments Limited, Sawyers Crescent, Carrington Road, Stuart Lodge, and RSVP Holdings Ltd.

Our consistent performance and commitment to delivering value have earned us Trusted Land Real Developer status, maintained through an annual review of our track record. In recognition of our expertise, we were also honoured with an exclusive invitation to consult with Secretary of State for Housing Robert Jenrick on Planning Reform in 2021.

What WE DO?

At Chopra Property Group, our core mission is to identify, analyze, and execute high-potential property refurbishment and development projects by strategically leveraging both our own capital and private investor funding. With over 30 successful projects completed across West London, Reading, Slough, Bracknell, Watford, High Wycombe, Henley, and surrounding areas, we have built a strong track record for delivering high-quality, value-driven outcomes.

As of 2025, we continue to expand our investment footprint across London and Greater London, with a keen focus on growth corridors along the Crossrail route, M4, and A40/M40. Our strategy includes acquiring vacant commercial properties—such as former bank buildings, offices, and retail spaces—and transforming them into vibrant mixed-use and residential developments. By leveraging existing permitted development rights, we maximize the value uplift and accelerate project timelines.

In addition, we are actively securing direct-to-vendor land opportunities, enabling us to unlock planning gains and boost land valuations through smart, sustainable development. Our current exit strategy remains focused on long-term asset retention, with a view toward steady portfolio growth, strong rental yields, and compounding capital appreciation.
