While earlier applications for two houses and two maisonettes were declined, the team has submitted a revised proposal for a single two-bedroom bungalow. This refined strategy reflects the Group’s commitment to revitalising small parcels of underused land through well-considered infill development.
Our Transformation Process
After two unsuccessful planning applications, including an appeal, the design team revisited the proposal to better reflect the character and context of the area. A single-storey two-bedroom bungalow has now been proposed, shaped by local planning feedback and community input. The revised scheme complements the neighbouring completed development and demonstrates Chopra Property Group’s long-term vision and commitment to transforming overlooked spaces.
