Manni Chopra is an accomplished property developer, real estate investor, and author of two best-selling books: Cash Rich, Time Rich and Property Investors: Property Money-Making Secrets. With a First-Class Honours BSc and over a decade of experience as an IT consultant, Manni brings a unique blend of analytical thinking and strategic leadership to the property world.
At Chopra Property Group, she leads business systemization, SOPs, investor relations, deal sourcing, marketing, and strategic planning. Manni works closely with agents, legal, finance, and design teams—playing a key role in sourcing and structuring high-value deals.
She is also the host of the Titans Property Meet, a growing property education and networking event, and is deeply committed to empowering others to achieve financial freedom through property investing. As a devoted mother and lifelong learner, Manni enjoys music, travel, meditation, and living a purpose-driven life.
