WHO ARE WE?
The Chopra Property Group is a property investment and development group and was founded by Romey and Manni Chopra in August 2016. We are a husband and wife team with a combined experience of 24+ years in Property refurbishments, conversions, and development (12 combined years after incorporation and 12 combined years as buy-to-let landlords buying in individual names).
As of February 2023 our gross wealth is £19.31 Million including our residential home, our care home Ravenstone Mandelion estates and our jointly owned projects LX3 investments Limited. Sawyers Crescent and Carrington Road Stuart Lodge and RSVP Holdings ltd.
As a TrustedLand Real Developer, our track record and business is reviewed annually. This has led to us being invited to a private consultation with the Secretary of State for Housing Robert Jenrick to consult on Planning Reform in 2021.
WHAT WE DO
Our main business is to find, analyze and execute property refurbishment and development projects using a combination of our own and private investor funds. We have completed over 30+ projects in West London, Reading, Slough, Bracknell, Watford, High Wycombe, Henley and the surrounding areas.
This year we are investing in similar areas in addition to London and Greater London and focusing on growth areas, along the Crossrail route, the M4 and A40/M40 corridor.
In 2023 are main strategy is to buy vacant commercial buildings and repurpose into mixed use and residential. Commercial property ranges from bank building, offices, shops & uppers on primary and secondary high streets.
We will use existing permitted development right to add value all the properties we buy. We are also finding land deals direct-to-vendor to secure uplifts in land values by obtaining planning permission. Our exit strategy is to hold in 2023.

Romey Chopra
After graduating as a Pharmacist Romey began his career in the Pharmaceutical industry in sales and marketing and eventually into management. During this time, he obtained an MBA from Nottingham University which marked the start of his entrepreneurial journey.
Manni Chopra
In addition to being an accomplished Property Developer and investor Manni is an author of two successful books ‘Cash Rich Time Rich’, and ‘Property Investors Property money making Secrets.
